Suited to a simple scope, complying development (CDC), or where you have a trusted builder to take the project forward.
Most Common
Full
Our standard service, for projects where DA is the likely pathway. You're guided through design decisions, with interior detailing, consultant coordination and construction support included.
Premium
For projects with layers of complexity in the site, brief or build. The closest working relationship with Lucy throughout, with the documentation depth and site presence complex builds need.
